月曜・木曜ディナー「完全予約制」導入のお知らせ

To deliver the ultimate dining experience to our guests, we are continuously striving to further elevate our service quality, discover new ingredients, and craft innovative culinary creations. At the same time, we are committed to reviewing our team’s work environment to ensure they have the time and space to nurture their rich sensibilities and culinary passion.

As part of these efforts, starting this August, our weekday dinner services on Mondays and Thursdays will be operating on an 【Advance Reservation Only】 basis. Reservations for these days must be placed by the 20th of the preceding month.

This new approach will allow us to dedicatedly prepare and offer you a more refined plate and attentive hospitality than ever before. We sincerely appreciate your kind understanding and look forward to welcoming you soon.

■ Monday & Thursday Dinner Service: By Advance Reservation Only
Reservations for the following month must be made by the 20th of the preceding month.
Please note that we will happily operate as usual on any Monday or Thursday that has bookings secured by the 20th deadline.

To visit in September ➔ Deadline: By August 20th

■ Friday, Saturday, & Sunday Dinner Service
Our weekend services will remain unchanged. Standard bookings (including last-minute reservations) will be accepted as usual.
