We invite Masahiro Sugimoto, the producer of most of the vegetables used at Sakura Mirror, to host a dinner focused on autumn vegetables. Indulge in the flavors of autumn!

Thanks to the blessings of nature, vegetables take root strongly in the earth and bear fruit in the fall. The vegetables grown by Sugimoto in the western foothills of Hakone each possess a distinct personality and have the power to become the stars of the dish. You may find your perspective on "sensation varied" vegetables transformed.
