富士山周辺で採れる茸やジビエ
畑では茄子が一番美味しくなる時。
イタリア・アルバの街からは
白トリュフも届きます。

Seasonal Menu Pricing
Autumn: October to November
During this time, you can enjoy the breathtaking view of Mount Fuji in late autumn from our restaurant windows. The surrounding Hakone mountains gradually turn to shades of red, and the ingredients on your plate reflect the colors of fall.
Experience the flavors of autumn with mushrooms and game from the Mount Fuji area, and the peak season for eggplants from local farms. Additionally, white truffles from Alba, Italy, will be available.
Indulge in the fresh and aromatic tastes of autumn.
